Miss Becky
Director
Miss Becky has been employed at JNCC for over twenty years in various teaching roles and currently serves as the director. She holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is passionate about working with children and believes that each child should be valued as an individual.
Her goal is to build strong partnerships with families to ensure the best possible experience for every child by providing a nurturing and loving environment that strives to meet the needs of all children in our care.
Miss Carissa
Assistant Director/ Lion and Tiger Teacher
Miss Carissa was one of the Bear teachers since 2011 before becoming the Lion teacher in 2020. Before working at JNCC, she spent six years as a toddler to kindergarten teacher at a daycare center. Miss Carissa brings years of experience, education, and dedication to the children and families she cares for.
When she is not working, you can find her hanging out by a bonfire, reading, or working on a craft project. She enjoys cheering on the Buckeyes and attending baseball games. Miss Carissa enjoys reading Bible stories, books, and singing songs with the children. “I love watching the children learn and explore lots of new and exciting things!”
Miss Julianne
Bear Teacher
Miss Julianne (Jules) is a toddler teacher who has been with us since May 2018. She is a graduate of Ohio Christian University with a degree in early childhood education. When not at work she loves spending time with her pets and listening to music. She says “I love working at Just North”. It has given me the chance to learn and watch your child experience new things in the world.”
Miss Sherry
Bear Teacher
Miss Sherry is our Bear teacher and has been a valued member of our team since 2020. She is a graduate of Columbus State Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Development and Education. Miss Sherry brings years of experience and a strong educational background to our school. She is passionate about teaching preschoolers and loves watching them explore, learn, and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
When Miss Sherry is not at school, she enjoys swimming, gardening, reading, cooking, and spending time with her cats, Bob and Melvin.
