The Lions and Tigers Class
Our Tigers and Lions classes serve children from around age 3 through Pre-Kindergarten, providing a rich, developmentally appropriate learning experience as they grow and prepare for elementary school.
The Tigers class is designed for potty-trained children who are ready to transition from the toddler stage into more structured learning. Building on the foundations developed in the Bears class, Tigers begin to explore core academic concepts more deeply—such as early literacy, math, and science—while strengthening their social and emotional skills through daily interactions, group play, and guided activities. This class encourages curiosity, cooperation, and independence in a caring, Christ-centered environment.
The Lions class is our oldest Pre-K group, thoughtfully structured to prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. In this class, children are individually assessed and supported according to their unique learning needs. Through hands-on learning, thematic units, and classroom routines, students build confidence in critical thinking, communication, and self-regulation. The Lions class fosters a safe, nurturing space where children are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and spiritually, laying a strong foundation for kindergarten readiness and lifelong learning.
